As Director of Human Resources, her main responsibility lies in the recruitment of Faculty in collaboration with the Provost and Deans. In addition, she also handles the recruitment of Administrative Staff. Lily oversees the processing of all personnel related issues and the implementation of Policies and Procedures.

She has over 20 years of business-related experience and has held positions of note in her native Lebanon, in Canada and Qatar spanning from Executive Search / Assessment and Recruitment to Office Administration and Clients relations.
