The Office of Admissions of American University in Dubai would like to invite applicants for the position
of Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator.
Principle responsibilities:
Entering data from new leads into computer and ensure proper process in student’s enrollment on Campus
Updating and maintaining student’s records and files. Correspond with new students to inform them
of current application status and missing documents required to complete their file
Send out appropriate information and materials regarding student’s admission
Clear and register IELP students
Generate and distribute admissions reports
Assist Admissions Coordinators with recruitment and follow up on students
Responding to queries by e-mail, phone and fax
Participate in promoting the university at various events when needed
Ensure proper follow up on students’ missing documents during the cleaning phase and before
files are handed over to the Registrar’s Office at the beginning of each semester
Maintain miscellaneous files and update them
Maintain and update ‘Evaluation File’ on PTEST for transfer students
Follow up on scholarships once announced and advise students of status
Updating Admissions Guides
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer proficiency
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English, Russian speakers preferable
