The start of the year, the start of the semester; it's this time when some students are counting down and others are starting to count...but both are counting towards their graduation day!

AUD is the first American accredited University in the Gulf to set international standards. With an enrollment of around 2,850 students with 83 nationalities, AUD hosts a diverse student body and a multi-cultural environment second to none in this region.

This year we have launched a new program in Communication and Information Studies to meet the growing needs of an ever-expanding communications industry. If you'd like to be an Editor, Sound Engineer, Copywriter, Journalist, Reporter, Producer, Director or Critic, you can join this exciting and challenging program.

AUD'S curriculum across all disciplines is skill-directed and career-oriented. The University's faculty possess outstanding academic credentials. Our goal is to prepare students academically, personally and professionally for successful careers. The Careers Office at AUD collaborates with the local community to help place students in internships and search for job opportunities for AUD graduates.

Our student Services Department offers support and help to students. It also encourages students to be part of a local community by joining our cultural, recreational and athletic activities to attain personal growth, as AUD's philosophy stresses a well-rounded student experience.

Your trip with us is a short but fruitful one. The day you walk out holding an American-accredited degree that gives it international recognition alongside a recognized degree from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the United Arab Emirates, will be the day you have reached your goal and can walk out proud to continue your journey in real life.
