  1. Review, assess and implement plans to improve student performance on the General Education Competencies Exam, and attain an incremental increase of 3% annually in the percentage of students who achieve the General Education Learning Outcomes starting with AY 2015-2016.
  2. Develop and implement a plan and evidence-based strategies to improve student retention measures, and achieve an increase in the annual student retention rate by a minimum of 5% each year starting with AY 2015-2016.
