The existence of this Policy is announced during Student Orientation and referenced at the time of exit from AUD (during the account settlement process) of any Georgia resident who requests a refund. A copy of this Policy is available in the Finance Office, the Registrar’s, and the office of the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. The standard academic year is comprised of the Fall (September) and Spring (January) semesters. There are two Summer sessions (May and July).
