Workshop on Positive Psychology and Productivity
By Dr Jigar Jogia [JRJ1] BSc PhD CPsychol AFBPsS FHEA
Whether you are an entrepreneur managing a new startup, or a corporate executive with thousands of employees, the evidence suggests there is immense value from happy employees. Harvard Business Review included an analysis of numerous studies showing an average of 31% higher productivity, 37% higher sales, with creativity three times higher.
Implementing positive psychology in the workplace means creating an environment that is relatively enjoyable and productive. This workshop provides an understanding of positive psychology for future leaders. Together, we examine their potential and will develop key interpersonal skills to achieve their vision. This also includes first impressions, nonverbal communication and creating a positive and productive work environment that does not lead to emotional and physical distress.
Dr Jogia: Research indicates that when people hold a positive mind-set, performance on nearly every level improves. Therefore, productivity is strongly linked with positive psychology. However positivity is perhaps the most misunderstood driver of performance. In this workshop I equip future leaders with insight and understanding on how to create a positive and productive work environment
