AUD gains membership in the University Affiliation Program of the CFA Institute
The BBA program of the SBA at AUD achieved membership in the University Affiliation Program (UAP) of the CFA Institute on 1st October 2018. As part of the agreement, AUD will be listed on the University Affiliation Program page of the CFA Institute website.
Moreover, AUD students will benefit from 3 scholarships per academic year. The scholarship waives the one-time CFA Program enrollment fee for Level I candidates, and reduce the exam registration fee. The purpose behind this is to incentivize students to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in their respective fields.
“This is a milestone for AUD, the SBA, and the Department of Finance and Accounting. Such affiliations are an acknowledgement of the high quality standards of the programs at AUD. As Chair, moments like these are a testament to our tireless pursuit to expand our educational capabilities.”  – Dr. Angelo Corelli, Chair, Department of Finance and Accounting and Associate Professor of Finance.
“This is a wonderful achievement for the SBA. Much credit goes to our outstanding faculty and the hard work that they do every day. At AUD, our aim is to continuously strive to improve our programs and add value for our students; such associations do just that.” – Professor Raj Kapoor, Assistant Dean of the SBA.
About the CFA Program

The CFA Program sets a standard for developing the skills, standards, competence, and integrity of financial analysts, portfolio managers, investment advisers, and other investment professionals worldwide.  It is widely considered the investment profession’s most rigorous credentialing program.  Administered in English, the CFA curriculum and examinations are identical worldwide. Fewer than one in five candidates who begin the program successfully complete it and go on to earn the coveted CFA charter, the “gold standard” for investment professionals.
