Four students from the Creative Writing Class, taught by Dr. Omar Sabbagh, Professor of English, have each had two of their poems published in the February 2019, issue 181 of UK poetry journal, Envoi. The students, Fadeke Lipede, Shirin Zeyaei, Dana Al-Ansari and Maryam A. Wajdi, uniquely expressed the nuances of love and loss with respect to their own identity.

Publication at such a young stage will serve as the stepping-stone towards a flourishing, creative career.
