Dr. Blaique is an Assistant Professor of Management at the American University in Dubai. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from the British University in Dubai, an MBA from the Lebanese American University in Human Resource Management and a BA from the American University in Beirut.

Dr. Blaique has over fifteen years of teaching experience in human resource management and executive research in the Gulf and Levant regions.

She serves as a journal reviewer and is a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB). Her research interests are in the areas of organizational behavior, human resources, and gender and diversity. She has authored and co-authored a number of publications in peer-reviewed journals, namely:
