He is currently President and CEO of Global Access Learning, Inc., a professional training and coaching company. Prior to that, he served as President of Wells Core Office Income REIT Advisory Services at Wells Real Estate Funds. He created Wells University, which has educated over 10,000 financial representatives. When Dr. Franklin joined Wells in 1999, the company had $200 million in assets under management. Since that time, his sales leadership has helped the company to invest over $12 billion in real assets on behalf of more than 300,000 investors.
