If you are an international non-resident planning to study at AUD, you are required to obtain a UAE Residence Visa. Students have the option to apply for a Residence Visa under AUD sponsorship which also includes coverage for medical insurance.
- Undergraduate Visiting Students applying for residence visa should be registered for at least 4 courses (12 credits)
- Graduate Visiting Students applying for residence visa should be registered for at least 2 courses (6 credits)
HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL POINTS TO NOTE:
- A dedicated AUD Visa Officer is assigned to process all visas at AUD who will guide you through the visa application process.
- Sponsorship from AUD on an international student visa usually takes around 3 to 4 working days to process as long as the required documents and the visa fees are in order.
