On September 26, 2024, the American Concrete Institute - United Arab Emirates Chapter (ACI UAE) convened its annual meeting at the American University in Dubai (AUD), drawing in a diverse group of industry professionals. The event featured a keynote address by Dr. Khaled Nahlawi, a prominent engineer from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) in the USA.
A number of AUD civil engineering students participated in the meeting, accompanied by Dr. Mohammed Zaki, the AUD-ACI Student Chapter Advisor, and Dr. Mohammed Nagi, Senior Consultant at AUD’s Center for Interdisciplinary Engineering Research and Vice President of ACI UAE.
