Mrs. Anita Chehab joined AUD as a full-time faculty member in 2007.

She worked as an Instructor of English in the Center of English Proficiency (CfEP) and became Coordinator of CfEP in 2011 and continues to teach. She is a native of Florida and moved to the UAE in 1992 since 1993, Anita has taught Academic English, ESL, and Business English in several institutions throughout Lebanon and the U.A.E. giving her over 25 years of experience in ESL. She is very involved in the Spanish community in Dubai and mentors many Latin newcomers in Dubai. She also teaches Spanish to enthused learners in her spare time. Ana is planning to pursue her Ph.D. in ESL in the near future.
