After working in financial administration and customer service for an energy services company in Canada and previously as a Technical Support Specialist and Supervisor at TeleTech Canada, she realized her fulfillment lay in academia. The opportunity to work closely with leadership, streamline operations, and contribute to an institution dedicated to knowledge and growth inspired her to transition into the Executive Assistant role.
