The Master of Education (M.Ed.) program at AUD is rigorous, research-based graduate degree designed to prepare educators for leadership roles in Elementary, Secondary, and Inclusive Education. Through a combination of theoretical coursework and practical experience, students develop the skills necessary to create engaging, inclusive, and effective leaning environments.
Real-world, interactive learning takes place in a dynamic classroom setting. Students engage in case study analyses, personalized research projects and presentations, visual thinking routines, supervised fieldwork, and benefit from individualized mentoring by faculty advisors.

The Master of Education program is a 36-credit hour degree that can be completed within two years. On average, students enroll in two courses each semester. The program, made up solely of evening classes, combines six core courses with five further specialized courses in elementary, secondary, or inclusive education. It also includes a 15-week (one semester) supervised Practicum experience and a Capstone research project that spans the last two semesters.
Offering a culturally diverse graduate program, the Master of Education is open to U.A.E. national and expatriates, native and non-native English speakers. Non-native English speakers must achieve a TOEFL score of 550 or the equivalent to be eligible.
