Fakruddin joined the IT Services Office at the American University in Dubai in May 2007. As a Senior Support Specialist he is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting AUD’s network infrastructure and desktop systems.
 
Fakruddin completed his Diploma in Computer Technology in 1996. He has more than 10 years’ experience in IT Field. He worked as an IT Administrator at Speedwell Décor L.L.C. Dubai (2004 to 2007).
 
He has completed different certification programs in Windows based servers and networking. His areas of interests include Networking, Windows servers, Exchange messaging servers and infrastructure support.
