Accommodation is provided by semester for those who wish student housing.

*A one-time, refundable security deposit of AED1,000 is required. This one-time security deposit is payable with the student’s first housing payment.
**A housing reservation fee of AED 2,500 is required to reserve a place in the residence halls. This fee is not refundable unless the student’s application for admissions is not approved or the student cancels at least 29 days prior to the start of the term.
The balance of the student housing fee must be paid in full one month before the beginning of the semester or summer session.
Failure to pay the housing fee in full may result in the cancellation of the housing reservation. In such cases, the housing reservation fee will not be refunded.
