AUD has actively participated in the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge since its inception in 2018. This year, we invite you to take on the challenge by committing to work out for 30 minutes a day from October 26 to November 24, 2024. Don’t forget to share your progress on social media using #shareyour30 while tagging AUD, AUD Athletics, and the official Dubai Fitness Challenge accounts.

AUD Community Initiatives
In addition to the official activities, we are thrilled to introduce several initiatives specifically for the AUD community:
- Steps Challenge: Compete for exciting prizes for weekly and overall winners! AUD faculty and staff can join by downloading the Your Fitness Coach app (Download Here) and by emailing @Aidana Mametaliyeva (for staff) and @Haitham S. Solh (for faculty) to receive their entry code for the challenge.
- Campus Activities: Mark your calendar for an afternoon of fun and challenges on the AUD campus on November 6. Further details will be shared via email closer to the event.
- Guest Speaker Event: Don’t miss a talk on a unique athletic adventure on November 18. More details will be provided in a separate email and on our social media channels.
- Weekly Activities: We will host regular activities on campus for faculty, staff, and students, including:
• Running Sessions: Every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. on the AUD Running Track.
• Zumba Class: Every Monday at 5:45 p.m. in C230 (registration fee applies).
• Yoga Class: Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in C230 (registration fee applies).
