Prior to joining AUD in 2004 as Athletics Coordinator, Joseph had worked for several schools in Lebanon as Physical & Sports Teacher and Activities Trainer including Sagesse High School and Mont La Salle. He was also named Assistant Coach in Athletics and Gymnastics and Volleyball Coach for 4 years at the Lebanese University.
 
Joseph is an avid volleyball player, classified as a first degree expert player in the Lebanese volleyball league. He has a certificate from the Lebanese Federation of Volleyball as a coach for the first division league; a Level 2 and 3 in volleyball technical frames from the Lebanese Ministry of Sports and Education; He also has a first degree Certificate from the French Federation of Sports as a beach volleyball coach.
 
He has participated in many competitions and has constantly ranked in the top two.
