Roselet originally joined the American University in Dubai in July 2013 as part-time employee and then was officially appointed as the Enrollment Assistant in March 2015.

Before joining the AUD team, Roselet was a Café Manager at Haagen-Dazs UAE where she was responsible for the daily operation of the store. Prior to that, she worked at Adidas Philippines (Franchise) as a Store Manager where she gained a wide experience in dealing with all types of customers.

Roselet is a seasoned sales and customer service professional with over ten years’ experience, through which, she has developed a keen sense of customer service and sales expertise. She has had the opportunity to participate in a variety of sales training courses, workshops and seminars that has allowed for a broad resource base on which to build her career.
