AUD Returning to Campus Guidelines

GET READY TO RETURN TO CAMPUS!

For those of you who will be returning to campus after Spring Break, complete the required documentation, your PCR test results at: https://requireddocuments.aud.edu/pandemic/ to officially be allowed to safely and responsibly return to campus.

AUD Guidelines before Returning to Campus Spring Break 2021

Those Students who will be returning to campus must submit a negative PCR test results valid for 72 hours, before accessing AUD. (Please check with your professor to see if your class will be on campus, as only studio classes, labs and production-based classes labeled OC will be on campus).

Students who did not leave the UAE

  • A negative PCR test should be done no more than 72 hours (3 days) prior arrival on campus.
  • Once you receive the results, kindly forward it to the AUD Health Center, for evaluation, and on campus entry clearance.
  • Make sure the PCR results are available on your phone before coming to campus.

Students who traveled/returning to AUD Halls

  • Complete the Traveler Form before leaving your home country/country of visitation, and forward to the AUD Health center: healthcenter@aud.edu;
  • When you arrive in Dubai:
    - You may need to take another COVID‑19 PCR test on arrival. If you take a test at the airport, you must remain in your hotel or residence until you receive the test result. Once received you should forward the results to the AUD Health Center, healthcenter@aud.edu

    - If the test result is positive, you will be required to undergo isolation for 10 days at your own expense and follow the Dubai Health Authority guidelines. Health Center staff will assist you, through WhatsApp messages, on a daily basis.

    - If the PCR test is negative, the AUD Health Center will communicate to Security your clearance to check-in to the AUD Halls.
  • Any student that has been outside the halls/ campus for longer than 14 days must submit a negative PCR valid for 72 hours.
