CLEANING SERVICE Mandatory and free-of-charge, cleaning is done weekly in each room. Students are still responsible for keeping their rooms tidy;
TELEPHONE SERVICE Telecoms infrastructure allows students to subscribe to telephone services in their room. All students are financially responsible for installation and payment of bills;
PEST CONTROL Professional pest control each semester to eliminate insects or pests;
MAINTENANCE Upon reporting all maintenance, housekeeping or other housing-related problem, the Facilities Office will respond in a timely manner;
STORAGE AUD provides storage for belongings to any student who is returning to halls the following term.
SECURITY AUD employs 24-hour security, 7 days a week.
MEDICAL SUPPORT Qualified nurses live within the halls and are on call in case of an emergency.
